| MICHAEL BERSCH PH.D., Chief Geologist | | | Dr. Bersch holds a Ph.D. in geology from the University of New Mexico. Most recently he served as Assistant to the Vice President for Research, Director of Central Analytical Facility, and adjunct professor of Geology at The University of Alabama, where he taught courses in economic geology, analytical instrumentation, physical and historical geology. Dr. Bersch is a licensed professional geologist (Alabama), AIPG certified geologist, a Fellow in the Society of Economic Geologists, and member of numerous other geological organizations. Dr. Bersch has extensive experience having worked in precious metals, base metals, uranium, and oil and gas exploration and development for over 20 years on projects in the US, Australia, Canada, and Latin America. He was a "hands-on" project manager with two successful gold mining operations which included the Golden Reward Mine located in South Dakota as VP of Exploration with Moruya Gold Mine NA, the Pauper's Dream mine located in Montana and as Director and VP of exploration with Pangea Resources Ltd. He also holds a Law Degree from The University of Alabama School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Alabama. Dr. Bersch served on the Investigation & Enforcement Committee of the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists which monitors the practices of Alabama licensed professional geologists. |

| ALIZRA SOMARIN, Ph.D., Geologist | | | Dr. Somarin finished his Doctorate (PhD) degree in Ore Deposit Geology at the University of New England, Australia (1999) studying molybdenum-tungsten-tin-copper greisen-porphyry deposit. He has more than 17 years experience as a geologist working on various types of ore deposits including lead-zinc Mississippi Valley type deposits, greisen, porphyry, precious metal epithermal, skarn, platinum group elements (PGE), iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) and volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits. Alireza has worked as an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Geology at Tabriz University, Iran. He has also worked as a Research Associate (Post-Doctoral Fellowship) at Lakehead University, Ontario. His principal interests include exploration of ore deposits and their geology, geochemistry, mineralogy and origin. He is currently teaching geology courses at the Department of Geology, Brandon University, Manitoba. He has been involved in the IOCG project in the Great Bear Lake region since June 2006. |

| PETER READ, Ph.D., M.A.Sc., B.A.Sc., Geologist | | | Mr. Read has 45 years of field experience in exploration and mining projects in Canada and the United States, which includes 30 years consulting for the Geological Survey of Canada and the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.
As a structural geologist, he studied a number of major deposits such as the Sunnyside mine (Colorado), Lupin Mine (NWT), AJ Mine (Alaska) and others.
Mr. Read has been the President of Geotex Consultants for over 35 years and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada for 37 years. |
