Stuart Rogers, Interim Chief Executive Officer
A director since March 2007, Stuart Rogers has been involved in the venture capital community since 1987. He is the President and founder of West Oak Capital Group, Inc., a privately held investment banking firm specializing in the early stage finance of technology projects through the junior capital markets in Canada and the United States, and has served as a director of client companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, NASDAQ Small Capital Market and NASD OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Rogers is the President and director of MAX Resource Corp., and the CFO and director of TerraX Minerals Inc.

Tom Ogryzlo P. Eng., Director
Tom Ogryzlo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal and has forty-five years of experience in mining, energy and industrial projects worldwide. He has been responsible for the financing, engineering, construction and operation of projects in many different countries and has served as a director of over twenty public companies including, Aura Minerals , Baja Mining, Vista Gold, Franco Nevada and Tiomin Resources. During 2011, Mr. Ogryzlo served as Interim CEO of Aura Minerals Inc. until a permanent replacement could be located and is currently the Interim President of Baja Mining Corp. which is developing a $1.5 billion copper/cobalt/zinc project currently under construction in Baja California, Mexico

For many years, Tom was President of Kilborn Engineering and Construction and Kilborn SNC-Lavalin, one of the world's largest engineering contractors. He has also been President of several producing precious and base metal mining companies including, Triton Mining Corp., Black Hawk Mining Inc. and Cerro Matoso S.A.. His experience in exploration and development of numerous multi-million dollar mining projects spans the world. Over a six year period with Hanna mining, he initially directed process development work as Project Manager, for the Cerro Matoso ferro-nickel project in Colombia where he was instrumental in 1979 in organizing of a US$450 million financing involving World Bank, Exim and a group of 52 private banks led by Chase Manhattan.

Guido Cloetens, Director
Guido Cloetens is a Certified investment advisor (EHSAL Brussels) with a degree in Corporate Finance, Investment and financial statement analysis (ULB). With 23 years in wealth management and institutional investing, Mr. Cloetens brings a greater presence in the financial sector to Alberta Star.

Gordon Steblin, B.Comm., CGA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Steblin obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1983 from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and in 1985 he became a Certified General Accountant. Mr. Steblin has over 20 years of financial experience in the junior mining/exploration sector. Mr. Steblin was previously the Chief Financial Officer of CanAlaska Uranium Ltd., El Nino Ventures Inc. and Pacific North West Capital Corp.

Robert Hall, Director and Vice President Corporate Development
Mr. Hall brings over 10 years experience in management in both public and private companies to Alberta Star. He builds and maintains Institutional and Retail relationships and assists in the day to day management and operation of the Company. He is active as a director and officer of Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, Windfire Capital Corp. a TSX Venture listed company CFO of Touchdown Resources ,and Dynamic Gold Corp., a company trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Hall is formally educated with a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of British Columbia.

Brian Morrison, Director
Mr. Morrison brings many years of industry experience in the area of public company administration. He is currently the CFO and director of Windfire Capital Corp. and the CEO and director of Touchdown Resources Inc. Mr. Morrison has been involved with and held directorships in numerous early-stage junior development companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to that, he was an account manager for public companies at Computershare Investor Services. Mr. Morrison received a bachelor of commerce degree, with a major in finance, from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2004, and completed the Canadian securities course in 2006.

Edward Burylo, Director
